Accessing the Tenant Portal

The North County Property Group Tenant Portal is an easy, fast, and secure way to pay rent and other charges online, view your payment history, and submit maintenance requests.

It is easy to access our Tenant Portal from any PC, laptop, or mobile device. Once your rental application has been approved and your lease is signed, you will receive an invitation from North County Property Group to connect to the Tenant Portal and set up your account. The Tenant Portal can be accessed from the Login area on the North County Property Group website homepage or by Clicking Here.

Pay Your Rent Online

North County Property Group offers a convenient, secure, fast, and flexible way to make your rent payments through our Tenant Portal. We offer you the following options:

  1. eCheck (100% free to you!): The eCheck method is free of charge and allows you to pay your rent or other tenant charges directly from your checking or savings account as a direct deposit to the North County Property Group broker’s trust account. Simply enter your bank’s routing number and your personal bank account number and then chose to submit a one-time payment or an monthly auto payment by the first of each month when rent is due.
  2. Credit or Debit Card (Convenience fee applies based on your rent charge): This is a simple and easy option to use your credit or debit card to pay rent or other tenant charges through the secure Tenant Portal. Please be aware, however, that the credit or debit card option involves a convenience fee as an additional charge to your credit card, determined by the credit card processing company, based on the amount you are paying at the time. Please understand the convenience fee amount that will be charged before selecting this option. This is a processing company charge, not North County Property Group, and we are not able to reverse the charge once it has been completed.

Submit Maintenance Requests

If you have a life threatening emergency at your property that requires immediate police or fire department intervention, please call 911. If there is a non-urgent maintenance or property management issue that requires contact with a property manager, the Tenant Portal can also be used to submit a maintenance request directly to North County Property Group along with photos of the issue. While we always respond as quickly as possible to requests made by telephone or email, the Tenant Portal maintenance request is the best and most efficient way to let us know about issues as they occur at the property. The online requests capture the item as a permanent written record and automatically generate a work order for our property management and maintenance technicians and alerts the entire team directly for follow up. Within the Tenant Portal you can also track the progress of your maintenance requests from “received”, to “scheduled”, to “completed”.

For urgent issues which occur on weekends or outside of normal business hours, tenants can also call the North County Property Group office at (858) 792-5797 and follow the auto-attendant prompts to be connected to our 24/7 emergency answering service.
